Perfect casual coat over summer dress....

Perfect summer dress and adorable hat... (I wish I could rock more hats, but they make me feel like I'm in 4th grade and imitating Blossom...again)

I can't really pull off full skirts but I'm loving this look on the model....

Once again, the natural waist and v neck blouse works for me....
